Begin your healing journey.....

Sitting by the Lake
Here at Connections Counselling and Psychotherapy, I believe in the  power of psychotherapy to help you to discover your path to your own inner healing, and the healing of the relationships that matter the most to you.
My goal is to provide unwavering support as you navigate your path towards mental well-being and inner peace.

Hi, my name is Sharon Clinton and I am  an integrative psychotherapist, with a Ba (Hons) Degree in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I use a blend of therapeutic modalities, uniquely adapted to you, the client, to help you navigate any difficulties you are experiencing in your day to day life.

I work with clients, over the age of 18, who experience anxiety, depression, relationship loss or bereavement, and those who are experiencing difficulties within their relationships, whether that is family, friendships or work. I offer online and in person counselling and psychotherapy in The Misneach Centre, Moate, Co. Westmeath.

I have a particular interest in improving women's mental health, and supporting women  with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, fertility challenges, and to recover from difficulties they may have experienced during pregnancy and the postnatal period. I also offer support to women during the transition into motherhood, and beyond, helping women to release some of the everyday weight of the many roles they undertake in life.

I believe in creating a safe supportive environment where, together, we can explore the difficulties you are experiencing, help you access your own inner resources and strengths, and learn new skills and resources to build on those strengths within.
